#DTI_SaveUkraine
No matter how powerful, bright and strong the organization, PEOPLE are always behind it.
We post daily posts in which we show how much and where we deliver aid, do not forget to thank our partners from abroad for organizing this assistance for us. During the 3 months of our Foundation's existence, we organized and handed over more than 80 tons of humanitarian aid. We show a lot of our help to communities, but we don't show people who directly organize this help.
Therefore, we are launching a new column #DTI_UNEW in partnership with the largest Ukrainian community of leaders of digital initiatives UNEW, where we will talk about our partners and regional coordinators who help to organize and transfer assistance from the DTI_Save Ukraine Foundation.
The first heroine is Nadiya Deinega, chief specialist of the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Investment at the Karolino-Bugaz Village Council. Since 2020, the head and founder of the NGO "New Wave of the Gulf", a participant in the educational program UNEW.
I was born and live in the village of Zatoka (Odessa region), which is part of the Karolino-Bugaz community. Unfortunately, in our village there is no NGO that is focused on people and for people, but the need for it is very great. friends founded an NGO that helped and supported people during the covid epidemic, provided oxygen concentrators and remedies.
From the first days of the war, my team and I have been supporting our defenders - preparing food, weaving nets, organizing shifts. We deal a lot with the problems of IDPs and the needy, who are in dire need of support and assistance at this time.
Cooperation with the DTI_Save Ukraine Foundation was very important and timely for our community. Unfortunately, we are separated from the administrative center and to a greater extent, we can now rely only on ourselves and our forces.
Despite this, there is no desire to stop helping, there is only the realization that while we are needed we will do everything possible for the benefit of our community. "
